Hotel Aló Degollado

April 2025- Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Brand new hotel, beds were comfortable, rooms were super clean, the rooftop restaurant was amazing! The staff were super friendly, helpful & attentive. The hotel offers tours to other tourist spots with reasonable prices, it’s great for any first time visitors in GDL. They will also call you an Uber or Taxi if needed! The area was great, walking distance to many shops & restaurants! We LOVED our stay at Hotel Alo Degollado! We hope to be back soon!

Brand new hotel in the centro historico. The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a restaurant with a rooftop patio, which is not common in this area. Staff is attentive and very helpful. However, this as nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hotel is located in Degollado Square, which can be sketchy after dawn. Just be careful if you go out or come back at night.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in staff service was excellent, kind and friendly. Restaurant food was delicious and bartender service was awesome. Over all we recommended this hotel 100%

Located near the center and very convenient, but difficult to get here via a Uber. Lots of homeless people outside near the hotel entrance shooting drugs at night.

Aló is a great, new hotel in Centro GDL. The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff was very helpful. The roof-top restaurant served a very reasonably priced breakfast and had options for both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall we had a very good first visit. We travel to GDL a few time a year to visit family and I think this hotel is definitely better suited for travelers familiar with GDL. Because it is located in a primarily retail section, the area around the hotel becomes fairly desolate after 7pm when all the stores close, and I think for unknowing travelers it can be mistaken as an unsafe area even though it is safe. One recommendation would be to ask for either an inner room (no outside windows) or a room facing the pedestrian walkway. Our street-side room had traffic noise well into the night, but that said, the alarm clock in the room had different noise-canceling sound options for sleeping. We will definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant and left me with a great impression. The facilities are comfortable, the parking is convenient, and the restaurant is a great addition that truly enhances the overall experience. Everything is well organized and designed to make guests feel relaxed and at ease. I would especially like to thank the staff, as their warmth and kindness are truly felt. At the front desk, Madison was very friendly and attentive from the very first moment, making check-in smooth and welcoming. In the restaurant, Carlos and Oswaldo provided excellent service—kind, respectful, and always attentive to every detail. I also want to extend my thanks to the kitchen staff, as the food was outstanding, well prepared, and full of flavor. You can truly feel the effort and dedication in every dish. Overall, this is a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is our first time in Guadalajara and the hotel is in an excellent location. It is convenient for transit options or walking. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. The housekeeping staff do an incredible job of keeping the space clean. The room has a massive TV with Netflix and there is a Nespresso machine in the room, which has been really nice. The vibe here is great. Everyone is warm and the experience has been great. The restaurant in the hotel is also amazing.
